Library Acquisitions in February 2021

For the safety of library staff and patrons, materials will have been quarantined for at least 48 hours since the last loan before they are available to borrow. Loan requests should be made by email (library@wto.org) or by using the Library Request Form (https://library.wto.org/e/requests), to confirm availability and arrange to pick-up materials.

All are kindly requested to respect the following measures when visiting the Library:

  • Disinfect your hands before or immediately upon entering the Reading Room, using the station and materials provided. These materials can also be used to disinfect seats and table areas before and after use;
  • Wear your mask at all times;
  • To assist with observing restrictions on social distancing, please use only those desks marked with a green check and do not move extra chairs;
  • Please observe floor stickers to indicate direction of circulation through the Reading Room and proximity to the reference desks;
  • Browsing bookshelves is unfortunately not possible, but library staff will be happy to help find what you need

As we transition between old and new catalogue interfaces, the layout of this list includes links to the titles in the interim WTO catalogue where you can:

  • check whether the book is available, at the bottom of the page under “Status” (this section can also be reached by the shortcut “Items” at the top of the page below the bookcover thumbnail);
  • to request a hold, please click on “Copy Link” below the bookcover thumbnail, copy the permalink, and email this link to library@wto.org.

Where available, we also include below links to previews and/or full text, although the latter may only be available within the CWR.

Please feel free to request anything else or ask for reference support via our online https://library.wto.org/requests/request form.

The month-long trial of Law360 Enterprise and Law360 UK, facilitated by the WTO Library has concluded.

If you participated in the resource trial, please contact us at library@wto.org and share your experiences and perspectives on this tool; your input would be appreciated.
